    An unboxing video is required to be eligible for a product replacement. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the condition of the product upon delivery. This helps us verify any issues accurately.

  • Replacement Request Window:
    Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    If your product arrives damaged or defective, please ensure you have a proper unboxing video. Without this video, replacement requests may not be approved.

3. How to Request a Replacement

  • Step 1: Record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening the package.

  • Step 2: Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.

  • Step 3: Share your order details along with the unboxing video.

  • Step 4: Once verified, we will initiate the replacement process.
